What better way then to start the new year with my very best friend of 8 years getting married! Tim proposed to Shay on Christmas Day and just couldn't wait for her to be his wife. They celebrated with a small intimate ceremony at the Annapolis Courthouse on their 3rd anniversary on January 4th! Afterwards, we celebrated with some friends at The Rowhouse in Baltimore. The guests thought it was an engagement party but SURPRISE they announced their marriage from just a few hours earlier. Congratulations Tim and Shay!
